Three Generations of Family Leadership
Herman Reeves founded the company in 1962 after relocating to the Carolinas and honing his skills in the textile mill industry. What began as after-hours work in a garage grew into a thriving business that has remained a pillar of Gaston County’s industrial community. Mike Clagg, an Appalachian State University graduate, took the helm in the early 1970s and spent nearly 50 years expanding the company’s reputation throughout the Southeast. His son Josh Clagg, a graduate of Elon University, joined the business in 1998 and now leads the company as it enters its next chapter of growth.
Herman Reeves offers complete systems design, custom fabrication, and installation services.
